Psychodrama: Healing in Action
Psychodrama is cognitive, narrative, body-oriented, and positive psychology all in one. People live in stories and the body carries traces of these stories throughout our life. By doing Psychodrama, you can encounter yourself and others by enacting these stories. As a sort of ‘Rehearsal for Life’, you can face your emotions, thoughts, dreams, or ‘unfinished business’. Psychodrama is learning and healing through action. We don’t just sit and talk. Instead we bring life to the stories that you carry.
In Schema Therapy, you will learn about the different sides of yourself. You might have a rebellious side and a serious side, an extravert one, and at the same time, a shy side. Perhaps you are a sensitive person, but at times also straight-forward? Learning about your different sides is what gives you color as a person. Balancing these different sides can help you to be find more enjoyment in daily life.
