Svastha yoga is about guiding an individual to wellbeing and optimal balance. It aims to help you discover where you currently stand and where you would like to go in the future.
Dorien will provide a calm morning session of yoga to help you start your day feeling in control and powerful.
This session is suitable for all levels. No experience is required. It is recommended that you do this activity in an open space and in clothing that is comfortable and allows easy movement.

Dorien first started doing yoga 10 years ago. From yin to power yoga and restorative to hatha yoga, Dorien did them all and loved fully immersing herself in this philosophy. After finding this passion for yoga, Dorien decided to do a Svanstha yoga teaching course. She is now at the end of this course.
Dorien also works as a donorarts at Sanquin and in her spare time she enjoys climbing, running and visiting the beaches nearby.
