Do you often feel too stressed to function well or for too much time? Is it difficult to balance your time and your life?

Get more insight in your personal stress experience!

In this workshop you can explore your own stress experience: signals, helping and non-helping behaviours and actions to lower your stress level.

    Greet Kellens

    Greet is University of Maastricht alumnus and a psychologist. She enjoys working together with young people to improve their personal struggles and balance in life. As a psychologist, she offers University of Maastricht students individual consultations and group workshops. She also contribute in making the UM community more connected by the peer support project.

  • Wendy Geinjen

    Wendy has worked as a psychologist at the University of Maastricht for 15 years now. Before this, she studied mental health at the university. She loves being able to help students directly; offering them group workshops and individual counselling sessions.
    She combines her work as a psychologist with being a confidential advisor for undesired behaviours that students may experience.
