Link to event: https://zoom.us/j/98891300743?pwd=SE9rdVM2TGRQRlN6WFZxcGpFYk5mUT09

Why is it more difficult to sleep well in times of stress, when you need it the most?

We will do an exercise together that you can use in the future when you are struggling to get to sleep.

And what does a butterfly actually have to do with sleeping? All will be revealed!

Speaker

  • Aline Kruit
    Coach, speaker, author and teacher.

Sleep is Aline’s passion and together with her colleague Irma Leijten she has brought her passion into the written format and published two books on the topic, namely: ‘First aid for better sleep’ and ‘Sleeping is doing nothing’. Aline also works as a coach, trainer, speaker and teacher. Aline’s interest in solving sleep problems arose during her work as a doctor and in her own practice. The existing approaches often failed to solve sleeping problems. The ACT method does. Why? Because sleep cannot be forced. The harder you try, the further away you get from falling asleep. Stopping this fight is the very essence of ACT.
