Dealing with painful emotions using mindfulness

In this workshop you will learn how you can approach painful emotions in a mindful way. This means that you will allow yourself to feel them, but to such an extent that you can still manage them.

Three complementary techniques will be used: approaching, distancing and distracting.

This is an experiential workshop, so you have the opportunity to experience the techniques yourself.
