
A yoga practice to lift up your mood
When we feel down, low in mental and emotional energy, we experience these emotions through physical sensations. Heavy legs that make it hard to get out of bed or a pressure on your chest makes that makes it hard to breath. The beautiful thing is that we can also lift that energy by working via our body and breath. This is what we will practice in this yoga session. We will work with specific postures and breathing exercises to uplift your mood.
